Class description.

The class will consist of two parts with a break between them.
Part one will be a class room type presentation and discussion.  The atmosphere of this should be light and open, more of a friendly discussion than anything else.  Part one will consist of these primary points;
Safety
History
Equipment and terms

Part two of the class is the "hands on" portion.  We will again reinforce safety and then go over the technique of shooting and provide demonstrations of proper technique.  Following this we will determine your eye dominance (which you may do before hand by following directions on this site) and then break down into smaller groups.  When the instructor for each group decides that his/her group is ready they may go down onto the courses for some more interesting shooting.

The class will start promptly at three, plan ahead to make sure you are on time.  The first task will be to ensure that everyone has filled out and singed the release form that is required by our insurance provider, this will also be the means of "checking in" for the class.  Parents who will not be staying or who are sending their children with someone else need to print out the "CHILD REGISTRATION SLIP" and fill it out completely and send that with their child.  If you are saying with your child for the class you do not need to do this, as we will have all necessary forms available at the class.
Adults attending AND shooting may wish to print out the "ADULT REGISTRATION SLIP" and bring with them, please note that this is not necessary as we will have these forms at the class.

If you are not familar with our range please go to the Directions page next.
